Acolytes light the altar candles before worship services. This is a fun opportunity for young ones to learn leadership skills by working in front of a congregation. A brief training session is required to become an acolyte.

Welcome Team
If you enjoy meeting people and being a friendly face, we'd love to have you on our welcome team! We need people each Sunday to welcome people to campus and answer questions, help them sign in at the check-in station, and help in the sanctuary during services with offering, communion, and seating.

Email Stephanie Edgar to teach children’s Sunday School (ages pre-k through 5th grade), or Scott Hinderliter to teach Youth Sunday School (6th through 12th grades).
TUMC hosts various Bible studies and small group classes throughout the year. If you like leading discussion groups with other adults, this is the perfect opportunity for you to use that gift to help others grow in their faith.
